Our Story
Pasta Mad was inspired by Gracie’s mum, who migrated from Italy in the 1950s and spent over 30 years as a chef. Even today, she joins Gracie each week to make fresh gnocchi, keeping family traditions alive.
From baking bread with her husband to sharing meals with friends, her love for food and community shaped what Pasta Mad is today. A place where handmade pasta and focaccia are crafted with authenticity and heart.
